Our Venture Building model is based on the concept of Founder-As-A-Service: we are not just consultants, but true Co-Founders alongside those who want to create and grow a startup.
For founders starting from scratch. For SMEs looking to innovate. For corporates aiming to explore new markets.
Thanks to the experience and professionalism of our team, we support the newco in every aspect, from the early stage to the go-to-market phase.
PHASE 1
Validation
We identify the business idea and implement all the necessary methodologies and processes to validate its feasibility and market competitiveness.
GO/NO GO: We analyze the market, problem relevance, economic viability, and investor appeal to determine whether a project has a solid foundation to be built.
OUTPUTS DELIVERED
Market Analysis
Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the target market to identify and assess key trends, market size, and the competitive landscape.
MVP analysis
Preliminary business model and MVP definition, along with problem-solution fit validation using mixed methods (surveys, interviews, landing pages).
Planning and valuation
Development of a short- and mid-term financial plan to assess the project’s economic feasibility, funding needs, and company pre-money valuation.
lnvestor strategy
Preparation of the investor deck and definition of the fundraising strategy.
We co-found the startup and take care of all technical, legal, and operational aspects related to incorporation, launch preparation, and go-live.
GO/NO GO: We move forward only after the capital increase has been approved and subscribed, ensuring real commitment and project sustainability.
OUTPUTS DELIVERED
Venture foundation
Incorporation of the newco, management of all related technical and legal aspects, and execution of the funding round in line with the fundraising strategy.
Operations setup
Setup of all necessary tools for monitoring business performance, communication systems, document sharing, and administration.
Team setup
Definition of the organizational structure, and search and selection of the professional roles needed by the startup that are not already present within the WDA or originator team.
Team & Partner setup
Training of the internal team and identification of partners relevant to industrial or commercial business development.
After laying the foundations, we guide the project through its most strategic phase: execution.
We take a proactive role in managerial decisions, with the goal of quickly achieving clear metrics and market traction.
AREAS OF INTERVENTION
Operations
Operational coordination of the team and ongoing monitoring of business performance, with regular reporting to the Originator’s stakeholders.
Finance
Financial management of the newco, including planning, management control, accounting oversight, performance monitoring, and reporting.
Strategy
Business development and strategy supervision, including the definition of growth objectives and management of investor relations.
Marketing
Marketing and digital strategy, covering implementation and oversight of marketing strategy, digital advertising, content creation, social media marketing, UX/UI design, and web development.
Legal
Legal management, including supervision of legal matters, risk management, and advisory on regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
The execution phase can evolve in two operational directions, depending on the maturity of the team and the needs of the project:
Venture Building - complete service
We continue to operate as the internal team, guiding the startup through go-to-market, growth, and day-to-day management. This is the natural continuation for those who started with us from 0 to 1 and need full-team support.
CXO as a service
We step in with key roles to strengthen specific functions. This is the ideal solution for already structured teams looking to accelerate growth with targeted strategic expertise.
WDA integrates into the startup team, working alongside the founders to lead execution. It’s ideal for those who want to build a business from scratch or grow in a structured way, with a customizable and flexible model.
