Axon is an innovative SME in the medical sector that has developed an FDA-certified electro-medical device for the minimally invasive treatment of vertebral metastases and chronic pain caused by the basivertebral nerve. The system—featuring the world’s only patented dual-crossed-needle technology—enables fast, safe, and highly effective procedures. The SPINERY project is focused on scaling internationally, with planned entry into the U.S., European, and Middle Eastern markets.
Our role
We supported Axon through a CXO as a Service engagement, with hands-on involvement in defining the industrial and strategic plan. Our activities included: development of the industrial plan, financial planning, company valuation, investor deck creation, VC selection, structuring of internal processes, and international scale-up strategies. At an operational level, we worked closely with the team during the go-to-market phase and fundraising preparation, helping lay the foundation for sustainable global growth.
