Our role
We supported Bruno Editore through a CXO as a Service model, following a four-phase roadmap: market and competitive landscape analysis, structuring of the business and financial plans, creation of the investor deck, and ongoing support during investor negotiations. Our team managed every key step to position the company effectively in the early-stage investment ecosystem.
