Clava Sports is the leading app in Trentino-Alto Adige for amateur football enthusiasts. The platform provides users with real-time access to scores, statistics, news, and in-depth content about local football, delivering a complete digital experience for fans, players, and clubs. Clava aims to become the national reference point for amateur football, with a scalable model that can be replicated across other regions.
Our role
We supported Clava through a CXO as a Service engagement, assisting the startup in validation and fundraising preparation. Our work included quantitative and qualitative market analysis, development of the operational and financial plans, pre-money valuation definition, creation of the investor deck, and ongoing support during the capital raise. We also contributed to strengthening the business model in view of commercial expansion.
