Ticketo is a secondary ticketing platform that enables the secure resale of event tickets in full compliance with current regulations. The project was created with the aim of offering a transparent and regulated solution for the secondary ticketing market, ensuring users a clear and reliable transaction process.
Our role
We supported Ticketo through a CXO as a Service model, focusing on strategic, legal, and financial aspects. Our work included defining the business model, drafting legal documentation for the go-to-market phase, managing financial operations, and supporting the fundraising process—contributing to the successful closing of a €400,000 seed round.
