We supported GoalMind through our CXO as a Service model, providing strategic and operational leadership across key growth areas. Our work included defining the business model, developing the financial and industrial plans, shaping the go-to-market strategy, and managing financial and operational execution. We continue to work alongside the team in the scale-up phase, refining their market positioning and preparing for upcoming fundraising rounds.
