Immoveo is a PropTech company that has developed a proprietary system for identifying and enhancing real estate opportunities, successfully tested in Rome and operated by Immoveo Switzerland. The current goal is to scale the model nationwide by launching new local companies (in cities such as Milan, Naples, etc.) that adopt the group’s technology, operational methodology, and supplier network. Each new branch will be led by a local operating partner in collaboration with the Swiss holding.
Nostro ruolo
We supported Immoveo through a CXO as a Service engagement, contributing to the definition of a replicable corporate structure, the preparation of investor documentation, and the development of the pitch. Our work included financial needs analysis for new locations, design of a multilayer governance structure (A/B shares, operational and financial partners), structuring of expected returns for investors and partners, and planning of fundraising activities (crowdfunding, equity partners, SPVs). We also worked on the integration of the proprietary ImmoX software as a strategic asset and value driver for the entire system.
