Intuos is a startup developing an integrated platform for the management and safety of light aircraft (excluding jets, cargo, and commercial airlines). The system combines management software with proprietary IoT devices—including an Inflight Unit and an Audio-Engine Monitor—to collect real-time data, improve operational efficiency, and enable predictive maintenance. Intuos targets both private pilots and commercial operators, offering a modular, scalable, and plug-and-play solution.
Nostro ruolo
We supported Intuos with the goal of helping the startup define and structure its business model, value proposition, and investor documentation. Our work included market and competitive positioning analysis, development of the strategic plan, identification of key differentiators (proprietary technology, modularity, real-time data), preparation of fundraising materials, and planning of future activities.
