Megaride is a deeptech startup that develops advanced mathematical models to analyze tire-surface interaction, improving performance across automotive, motorsport, and virtual simulation sectors. During a period of rapid growth, Megaride engaged us to redesign its organizational structure, making it more flexible, scalable, and innovation-oriented in preparation for commercial and production expansion.
Nostro ruolo
We supported Megaride through a CXO as a Service engagement, delivering a five-phase project: internal process mapping, industry benchmarking, target organizational model design, implementation support, and change management assistance. Our work included the identification of KPIs, redefinition of company roles, cost structuring, and the development of a roadmap for process evolution—aimed at enabling a scale-ready organization.
