StimPlavim is an innovative device that combines high-intensity magnetic fields with neuro-muscular vibrations, offering a non-invasive treatment for painful and inflammatory conditions. Originally developed for benign prostatic hyperplasia, the device has evolved to cover a wide range of applications—from physiotherapy (inflammation treatment) to urology (as a drug alternative). Classified as a magnetotherapy device, it is suitable for both B2C and B2B markets, ensuring effective results without side effects and at lower costs compared to traditional alternatives.
Our role
We supported StimPlavim through a CXO as a Service model, guiding the project across four strategic areas: market analysis and competitive positioning, definition of the B2B and B2C business models, structuring of the operational and financial plans, and development of the investor deck. Our involvement provided a clear and scalable vision for the project's growth.
