Junker is a digital platform that simplifies waste sorting through artificial intelligence, allowing citizens to instantly identify waste via barcode or camera and understand exactly where and how to dispose of it. Adopted by hundreds of municipalities across Italy, Junker promotes sustainable behavior and improves local environmental management efficiency, establishing itself as a benchmark in the GreenTech solutions landscape.
Nostro ruolo
We supported Junker through a CXO as a Service engagement, with focused contributions in both CFO and COO roles. Our activities included defining the financial strategy, competitive positioning, market analysis, pricing model review, implementation of management control tools, and optimization of operational processes.
