SFS is a project aiming to revolutionize the fastening systems industry for industrial roofing, by combining advanced installation machines (Isoweld) with a digital platform for machine fleet management. The goal is to ensure transparency, traceability, and cost optimization through an as-a-service model that includes real-time monitoring, contracts tied to the use of SFS products, and centralized performance management.
Our role
We supported SFS through a CXO as a Service engagement, structured into four phases: scenario analysis and business model selection, design of the operational and IT infrastructure, definition of the legal framework, and development of an 18-month operational and financial plan. Our contribution enabled SFS to build a scalable model focused on transparency and efficiency.
